Indent Ribbon
The following indent ribbons are available (cards per roll are dependent on the number of indent
characters per card, the font size, and the print length):
Ribbon, black, minimum 250 cards per roll
Ribbon, white, minimum 250 cards per roll
Ribbon, paneled black and white, minimum 250 cards per roll. The paneled ribbon is
designed to apply a four-character Bank Identification Number (BIN) in white on the front of
the card and seven characters (last four digits of the account number and three CVV
characters) in black on the card back.
Topping Foil
The following topping foils are available:
Foil, dark blue, up to 500 cards per roll
Foil, black, up to 500 cards per roll
Foil, gold, up to 500 cards per roll
Foil, white, up to 500 cards per roll
Foil, silver, up to 500 cards per roll
Foil, copper, up to 500 cards per roll
Supply Storage Guidelines
Store supplies in the original package until you load them into the embosser.
Keep the original packaging closed.
The indent ribbon and topping foil maintain their quality for about one year. For optimum
card quality, purchase and store quantities that can be used within one year.
The indent ribbon, topping foil, and card stock might require secure storage and tracking.
Follow your organizations policy for storing and tracking the supplies used to make cards.
Choose a location away from direct sunlight, with a temperature between 32° and 77°F (0°
and 25°C). A humidity range from 40% to 60% non-condensing is recommended.
Keep supply rolls at room temperature when installed in the embosser. If supplies are stored
in an environment that is cooler than the system environment, allow supplies to reach room
temperature before using.
Install supply rolls into the system within 24 hours of being unpacked.
