Multi-Hopper System
1. Unlock the printer and open the multi-
hopper.
2. Remove and store any remaining blank test
card stock.
3. Load the cards into the hoppers.
The input hoppers are labeled H1 through
H6. You can load up to 100 cards into each
hopper.
4. Close the multi-hopper door and lock the
printer when you finish loading cards.
Verify the Door Open Interlock
1. Unlock and open the secure (locked) door on the printer or embosser.
2. Run a test card from Printer Manager (refer to “Run Test Cards” on page 32 for more
information).
3. Verify that the card does not run and that an error message displays on the front LCD panel.
4. Close and lock the printer and embosser to process the card and continue.
