Caps Lock State
This option specifies the format in which the reader sends
character data. This is used by the keyboard wedge and USB
keyboard interfaces.
00 = CAPS LOCK Off, send character data in normal format.
01 = CAPS LOCK ON, send character data in reverse case.
02 = Auto CAPS LOCK. This applies to USB keyboard, and
Wedge E (AT) interfaces. For other interfaces this setting
defaults to CAPS LOCK Off functionality.

Caps Lock State = Caps Lock ON
Caps Lock State = AUTO Caps Lock Enable
