What to do if my Datalogic QuickScan i Barcode Reader LED comes on, but the bar code is not decoded?

  If the LED is on, but the barcode isn't decoded, it could be due to several reasons. First, the reader may not be programmed for the correct barcode type, so ensure it is. Second, the barcode label may be unreadable, so check the label for any damage and try scanning a different barcode. Finally, the distance between the reader and the barcode might be incorrect; try moving the reader closer to or further away from the barcode.
