Removing the fan
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the side cover.
3. Remove the speaker.

Steps
1. Press and hold the tabs that secure the fan assembly to the heat sink.
2. Slide the fan assembly out from its slot on the computer chassis.
