Memory features
In this laptop, the memory (RAM) is not part of the system board. This laptop supports 2–16 GB DDR4 memory, up to 2133
MHz.
The laptop has two SoDIMM slots and supports 2–32 GB DDR4 SDRAM memory, up to 2133 MHz.
NOTE:
Since memory is not part of the system board, it cannot be upgraded as a separate module. If the technical support
determines that the memory is the cause of an issue, replace the system board.
Intel chipset drivers
Verify if the Intel chipset drivers are already installed in the laptop.
