Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover

2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the solid-state drive/Intel Optane memory module.
4 Remove the coin-cell battery.
5 Remove the wireless card.
6 Remove the speakers.
7 Remove the fan.
8 Remove the heat sink.
9 Remove the display assembly.
10 Remove the power-adapter port

11 Remove the I/O board.
12 Remove the power button with ngerprin
t reader.
13 Remove the system board
.
Procedure
1 Peel the tapes that secure the keyboard bracket to the touchpad assembly.
2 Remove the 28 screws (M1.2x1.4) that secures the keyboard bracket to the keyboard.
3 Lift the keyboard bracket o
 the keyboard.
