The Amber LED will turn solid ON during the charge
process.
Amber LED Off Once battery is fully charged, the LED will turn OFF
indicating "Charge Complete".

If the Amber LED starts FLASHING (0.4 sec ON, 0.6 sec
OFF, 1 sec per flashing cycle), it indicates no charging takes
place. Charger error or bad battery is identified.
