Installing an AC SPD
1. Position the rear of the AC SPD directly in front of the rail. Make sure the top of the AC SPD
hooks over the top of the rail.
2. Once the AC SPD is seated correctly in the rail clip, press the front of the AC SPD to rotate the
AC SPD down and into the release tab on the AC SPD.
If seated correctly, the bottom of the rail should be fully inserted in the release tab.

3. Insert the wires into the AC SPD.
4. Secure the captive screws to lock the wires.

5. Installing a safety cover. See “Installing a Safety Cover” on page 37.
6. Close the front door. See “Closing a Front Door” on page 22.
