2 Technical Description
2.1 Unit overview F800
The closed cooling cycle of a F800 consists of a scroll compressor, water-cooled con-
denser (accessory), air-cooled condenser, expansion valve with injection-capillary
tubes and air cooler. The cooling cycle is filled with environmentally-friendly R407C
(see also Fig. 2-2: Refrigeration circuit).

2.2 F800 unit types:
Base type 1 (F8SG) Basic unit with white casing for placement and assembly in an indoor swimming
pool:
Dehumidification in recirculating air mode
Cooling cycle with completely hermetically sealed scroll compressor, completely
piped and filled with environmentally-friendly refrigerant
Completely wired internal electronics with all functions, including the safety chain to
protect installation components and generate protective extra-low voltage for the
humidity controller (accessory F8ZRG – see "Remote control" on page 8)
All materials in corrosion-resistant configuration for the atmosphere and water qual-
ity customary in swimming pools
Base type 2 F8BG
Like base type 1 with additional pool water condenser
A part of the recovered energy is returned to the pool water here, again increasing
the efficiency
Base type 3 F8PG
Like base type 1 with additional additional PWW heating register
The thermal output is increased by the additional PWW heating register. This is
absolutely necessary for the operation of the dehumidifier with outside-air rate
Base type 4 F8KG
Like base type 1 with additional pool water condenser and additional PWW heating
register
Unit types
without casing
F8S, F8B, F8P, F8K
All base types can also be delivered without casing, e.g. for rear wall mounting
the G is omitted for the respective type designation
