5 Commissioning and Operation
5.1 Requirements
Check the following before switching on the unit and after all required installation pro-
cedures have been completed:
• The operating mode does not exceed the operating limits.
Check mechanical installa-
tion
• Check that the unit is properly installed to avoid unusual operating noise and
vibrations.
• Check the unit inside and outside for damage; such as damaged components or
buckled pipes.
• Clean the all interior and exterior areas of the entire unit. Be sure to
thoroughly remove all drill shavings and dirt.
Check electrical connection
• Ensure that wiring carried out by others has been completed in accordance with the
requirements specified in "Electrical installation" on page 27. This stipulates
observation of all instructions in the electrical wiring diagrams and setting up the
electrical connection in accordance with European, national and local regulations of
utility providers.
• Check that the earth conductors are connected correctly and that the earth
terminals are securely tightened.
• Check the mains supply. The voltage must match the details on the nameplate/
identification or the unit-specific documentation.
5.2 Commissioning
• Open all existing shut-off valves, fill pump and suction line with feed liquid.
• Switch on voltage supply.
5.2.1 Put unit into service with pool water pump (optional)
NOTICE!
These instructions apply to initial commissioning and also for re-commissioning after
an extended shut-down period.
F800 unit may only be taken into operation by specialists or by DencoHappel service
personnel!
Damage to the unit!
Before commissioning, the pool water pump must be filled with water. Operating the
pump without feed liquid would destroy the pump.
