Operation Method
①After the engine warms up, set the speed
using the Speed Regulator (refer to the right pictured)
once the machine is running at high speed.
②Set the required voltage using the voltage regulator.
③Turn ON the Circuit Breaker and the unit will be
at power transmission state.
Installation of the switch
Only operate the switch when the engine is stopped.
Open the control panel and turn the "Isochronous- Droop
Change-Over Switch".
After turning the switch, close and tighten the control panel using
the fixation bolts.
- From pre-start check to shut down -
Be sure to check the machine prior to starting.
1. Pre-start check : Check oil, cooling water, fuel and so on.
2. Periodical check: Check each part of the machine according to operating time.
3. Startup: Check the surroundings of the machine for safe operation.
Use a sign before startup.
4. Operation:
In the machine there are moving parts, high temperature parts and
high voltage parts. Before operating, close the door and lock the side
door for safe operation and for prevention of noise.

If the warning lamp lights, stop the engine and check the cause of it.

Check for leaks of oil, water, exhaust gases, and for unusual noise.
5. Shut down
