(7) Maintenance of output voltage selector switch.
CAUTION No output change during running
* The generator will fail, if the output voltage is changed during running.
Stop the engine before changing the output voltage.
When the handle of switch hasn`t operated for long term, contact
failure of switch terminals may rarely occurs by the dust.
To remove the dust from terminals, please switch the
handle between 200V class and 400V class and return it
for 10 times

Checking/every 100 and 250 hours is also required.
(1) Replacement of engine oil (for CH-4,

* If CF-4 engine oil is used, replace the engine oil every 250 hours.
(2) Replacement of engine oil filter cartridge (for CH-4,

Replacement is refer to ｢9-4.(2) Replacement of engine oil filter cartridge｣.
* If CF-4 engine oil is used, replace the engine oil filter cartridge every 250 hours.
(3) Replacement of fuel pre filter cartridge
① Using a filter wrench, remove the clear cap (A) and the
cartridge-type element (B) (hereinafter, "cartridge"),
in this order. Remove the seal (C) from the clear cap to
clean the cap.
② Spread clean fuel or oil lightly on a new seal (C) and fit it
in the clear cap (A) and next install it on a new cartridge (B).
Tightening torque of the clear cap: 10N･m(1.0kgm)
