Engine Diagnostic
Users can check the engine defect with defect identify display inside the control box.
In normal condition
When the switch is on, the program number will appear on the display, follows by saved defect
code with it’s contents and after a few seconds, if there is no defect, [00] will appear.

Power ON → 88 → Engine Master Controller System
→ ― ― → CA442 → CA111 → 00
（saved defect codes） (OK)
In defect condition
If any defect occurred, the [E.] will appear on the display instead of [00] before the defect
contents and defect code appear.

Power ON → 88 → Engine Master Controller System
→ ― ― → CA442 → CA111 → CA689 → CA144 → CA689 → CA144
（saved defect codes） ※（current defect codes）

・ The program number and defect code stated above are only for examples.
・ Refer to the defect code table in the next page for the defect contents.
・ Even if the engine doesn’t stop, check and repair the machine immediately after
any defect code are indicated.
・ After occurred defect is repaired, switch the starter switch to "PREHEAT/RUN" position,
push reset button for more then one second to delete the saved defect code.
