      Joel CarrollAug 2, 2025
If your DeVilbiss medical equipment unit isn't operating, and all lights are off while an audible alert pulses, here are a few things to check: * First, make sure the power cord is properly inserted into the wall outlet. If you have a 230-volt unit, check the mains connection on the back of the unit as well. * Next, verify that the wall outlet has power by checking your home circuit breaker and resetting it if needed. If the issue continues, try a different wall outlet. * Also, check the oxygen concentrator circuit breaker and press the reset button located below the power switch. If problems persist after trying these steps, contact your DeVilbiss provider.
