In addition to the on-module Ethernet interface, the ConnectCore for i.MX51 module can also
provide an optional 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN interface with data rates up to 54 Mbps on the
a/b/g band and up to 65 Mbps on the n band.
Two U.FL antenna connectors are provided on the module.
On the ConnectCore Wi-i.MX51 module variant, attach the antennas with the U.FL-RP-SMA
female cable to the primary connector and secondary connector on the module.
Note:
When disconnecting U.FL connectors, the use of a U.FL plug extraction tool (Hirose
P/N U.FL-LP-N-2 or U.FL-LP(V)-N-2) is strongly recommended to avoid damage to the U.FL
connectors on the module.
To mate U.FL connectors, the mating axes of both connectors must be aligned. The "click"
will confirm mated connection. Do not attempt insertion at an extreme angle.
