where <instance> is 0-9. For example:

To set up an entry to reject a number, use the following commands:

r ej l st 0 ans OFF
r ej l st 0 code 42
To set up an entry to answer a number, use the following commands:
r ej l st 1 num 1234567
r ej l st 1 ans ON
