Troubleshooting
What’s Happening Possible Reason(s) What To Do
A black box lls almost
all of your TV screen.
You may have turned on the closed
captioning feature on your TV.
Using your TV remote control and/or menus
displayed by your TV (not the Wally remote
control or menus), turn off the closed captioning
feature.
Your TV screen is all
blue.
You may have connected your Wally
to an input on your TV that doesn’t
match the signal output from the
Wally.
Check your TV’s owner’s manual for the correct
TV input to use for the signal output from your
Wally (1080p/1080i or 720p for HD).
