2.2.6 Printer Information
When the Printer Information tab is opened, the printer status can be checked.
Display
Contents
Media Type
This displays the type of ribbon that is set in the printer.
Media Quantity
This displays the quantity of sheets remaining on the ribbon.
Printer Status
This displays the printer status. Information displayed is as below:
Life Counter
This displays the life counter of printer.
Firmware Version
This displays the firmware version of printer.
Serial No.
This displays the serial number of printer.
Color Control Data
This displays the color control data version and checksum.
Printer Status
Recovery Method
Off-line
Connect the printer to the computer, and turn the power ON.
Wating
Printing
Head Cooling
Please wait. Printing will restart automatically.
Door Open
Close the printer door.
Paper End
Set new paper media.
Ribbon End
Set new ribbon media.
Paper Jam
Remove the jammed paper and rest it correctly.
Ribbon Error
Reset the ribbon correctly.
Paper Size Setting Error
Check the paper size setting and the ribbon size.
System Error
Reboot the printer and computer.
If it doesn’t recover after rebooting, contact the service center.
Unit Paper Jam Supply area
Reboot the printer. The paper will be ejected automatically.

Unit Tray Out
Set the cut paper tray.
Unit Cover Open
Close the unit cover.
Unit Hardware Error
Reboot the printer and computer.
If it doesn’t recover after rebooting, contact the service center.
