: Tool control button. When the robot is disabled, enabled and idle or in the drag
mode, short-pressing the button can switch the status of the specified tool DO for
controlling the end tool. You can configure the tool DO via the tool IO plug-in in
DobotStudio Pro.
3.4 Operating terminal
The Magician E6 robot supports control through PC and App, as shown in Table 3.2.

When purchasing Magician E6 robot arms, you can ask for matching Android tablets; or use
self-prepared operating terminal which is consistent with or higher than the recommended
configuration in Table 3.2.
NOTE
Except for the power button, pressing a button and releasing it within 1.5s is a
short press, and more than 1.5s is a long press.
Some of the button functions are affected by the manual/automatic mode of the
controller. See the instructions on mode switch in the DobotStudio Pro user
guide for details.
