Press down the pump/membrane assembly into the 26.
vessel so that the three sections of locking rings can
be put in place ().
With the locking rings in place, pull up the assem-27.
bly to the top and rotate the three locking pieces to
secure the brass gable in its correct position (4a).
Tighten the screws.
If the pump service kit is replaced, move the remain-28.
ing components from the old brass gable to the new.
Install the ush valve on the brass gable.29.
Connect the hose from the lter containers (30. ).
Install the puried water outlet in the casing.31.
Connect the hoses (32. )() to the pressure regulat-
ing valve. Make sure that the conductivity sensor is
directed downwards ().
Reinstall the motor assembly, see “33. CHANGING MO-
TOR”, point 11-17.
Reconnect the hoses on the backside of the product: 34.
the inlet-, reject- and puried water hose.
Open the inlet water supply to the product.35.
The completion of the replacement differs if the 36.
membrane and/or pump has been replaced.

FLUSHING
Flushing is performed when the water purier:
Is new and has never been used before.•
Is reinstalled after storage.•
Has been cleaned, in order to rinse out chemicals.•
Has been supplied with a new membrane.•
First check that:
The puried water hose is disconnected from any equipment /•
machine/tank and routed to the reject water outlet.
The inlet water supply to the product is open.•

Check for leakages.b)
Put back the top cover.c)
Follow the instructions for a) “” to clean
the membrane from chemicals.
Follow the instructions for b) “
” to set the values for ‘purica-
tion levels’.
During the procedures, check for leakages.c)
Put back the top cover.d)
Disconnect the water purier from electricity.1.
Connect to electricity and the product will ush.2.
Flush the product two (2) more times by disconnect-3.
ing and reconnecting electricity.
a) 4. New installation or membrane replacement
Follow the instructions for “CALIBRATION OF CON-
DUCTIVITY”
b)
Allow the appliance to produce puried water to the
drain for at least 10 minutes, then disconnect electri-
cal supply.
Connect the puried water hose to the application.
Flushing is now completed.
CALIBRATION OF CONDUCTIVITY
Calibration may only be performed if:
The water purier is new and has never been used before.•
The incoming water quality changes for some reason, such as •
moving the water purier.
Membrane replacement has recently been carried out.•
After changing the PCB (circuit board).•
After changing the conductivity sensor.•
Calibration of the water purier is done after completed ush-
ing according to FLUSHING, step 1-3.
Start the pure water production.Within 10 seconds, 1.
you must press and hold the ‘calibration’ button.
Keep the button pressed until the diods for ‘purica-2.
tion level I and II’ light up for a second and then go
out. When only the ‘on/off‘ diod is lit, the button can
be released.
Let the product operate and produce puried water 3.
for at least 10 minutes.
After approx 10 minutes will the diods for ‘purica-4.
tion levels I and II’ ash once. Then, water quality
level is shown by the diod for ‘purication level III’,
indicating maximum degree of purity.
Close the pure water operation, let the product ush.5.
Disconnect electrical supply.6.
Connect the puried water hose to the application.7.
Reconnect electrical supply.8.
If the diods for ‘purication level I-III’ ash sequen-
tially, calibration has not been carried out properly.
If so, restart from the beginning.
Calibration is now competed.
