(9) (Full Free Lift Mast Only) :
Tighten nuts until U-bolt is firm against cylinder,
do not apply standard torque.
(10) (Full Free Lift Mast Only):
With chains adjusted for equal tension run mast
to full lift. If mast does not kick (move) to one
side, no shims are needed. If mast does kick
(move) to one side, hold lift cylinder tube on that
side and loosen bearing 1/4 turn and check
mast again. Loosen bearing until kicking
(movement) stops or gap (H) reaches 3.0 mm
(.12 in) (approximately 1.5 turns), whichever is
less. Insert shims (11) under bearing (it may be
necessary to loosen bearing an additional
amount of turns to install shims). Tighten
bearing again.
(12) Tighten the bolt of mounting mast, the torque is
240±40 N·m (177±30 lb·ft).
Steering Wheel
(1) Torque for steering wheel nut ......... 60 ~ 70 N·m
(44~52 lb·ft)
