You should have access to the
optical plate

Disconnect the cables

Remove the CHC screws as shown
on the picture.
Do not unscrew the other screws

Remove the Electronics bloc and
disconnect the cable

Remove the old galvo from the
plate
9 The Galvo replacement do not involve a re-alignment of the laser beam
