The drawing below gives the influence of all parameters in the speed performance chain.
Other limitations
This drawing considers that the product follows a linear movement. It could be possible that the product
moves according to a plane which is not parallel to the head lens plane (carrousel of labeling machines).
In this case, the speed capability of the laser is not only dependent on the parameters mentioned here
above, but also the availability time of the product at the focus distance. Most of time, on easy substrate,
the speed of the deviation system (galvanometer motors) and focus distance tolerance will make the
difference.
