–CO2 absorber has been removed.
CAUTION
Health risk!
Direct contact with soda lime irritates eyes, mucous membranes, and skin!
► Avoid skin contact. Use protective gloves and goggles. Do not inhale released
soda lime dust. Use dust mask with P2 or R95 filter. In case of skin or eye
contact, wash off soda lime dust immediately.
CAUTION
Risk of chemical burns!
Any water that penetrates can form a caustic base together with the soda lime.
► Pay attention to any incidental water around the water trap and carefully pour it
out.

1. Press down the cover of the CO
2 absorber.
2. Turn bayonet lock and remove cover by pulling up.
3. Pour out soda lime or remove disposable cartridge.
Pay attention to the rubber cuff when pouring loose soda lime!
4. Dispose of soda lime or disposable cartridge in accordance with the applicable
waste disposal regulations.
