Running Gateway
1. License Status:
After the license file is opened, License status will show True or False. Only if the status is True will the
license be valid. For example, the status of a license identified by hardware ID changes to True when the
current hardware ID matches the target ID in the license file. Otherwise, if the current hardware ID does
not match the target ID in the license file, the status will be False.
2. Hardware ID:
It refers to the ID of the computer, identifying whether it matches the target ID in the license file.
3. Additional Information:
The interface shows additional information, such as SN, Maximum Device, Licensed User, Contact, Other.
The Maximum Device represents the maximum device number allowed to be connected to Gateway
according to the license file.
How to identify the license?
A license is identified by the following item:
Hardware ID. When the current hardware ID matches the target ID in the license file, the status will be
True. The hardware ID of the computer is displayed on the window.
Notification Center
Notification Center will start automatically after the server has booted up. You can also manually start it by
clicking Start > All Programs > Gateway > Notification Center. From where, you will have the following
information:
1) License status
2) Error message
NOTE
The liscence may be invalid if the operation system is changed.
NOTE
The default liscence only supprts 2 beds, you may import the formal liscence which supports more beds
(such as 32 beds or more) for clinical application.
