Description Possible Cause Resolution
All monitors stay
offline.
a) Windows wrongly judges
network status, or
b) Gateway is
unauthorized, or
c) Gateway is not started
a) Check whether Windows status is ‘No
network access’. If yes, please check
network status.
b) Import the license file.
c) Check the running state of gateway in
Config Tool
The monitor is online,
but its data is not
transferred to HIS.
The device in Device
Manage interface is
unauthorized.
Open the Config Tool, authorize the related
devices in Device Manage interface.
The data loaded by
Gateway is not
consistent with that on
monitors.
Monitor’s bed No. conflicts. Modify the bed No. to ensure its uniqueness.
One monitor gets
offline frequently or
stays offline.
Monitor’s IP address
conflicts.
Modify the IP address to ensure its uniqueness.
The monitor is not
online, and the log
says:
The implementation is
not part of the
cryptographic
algorithms validated by
FIPS of Windows
Platform.
Windows operating system
opens FIPS option, which
leads to incompatibility of
encryption algorithm of the
software.
Disable FIPS option. The method is as follows
(taking Win10 as the example):
a) Press the combination key Win+R to open
the “Run” window (Win refers to the key with
Microsoft icon), input gpedit.msc to open the
Local Group Policy Editor.
b) Navigate to “Computer
Configuration/Windows Settings/Security
Settings/Local Policies/Security Options” in
Group Policy Editor.
c) Click “Security Options”, find “System
cryptography: Use FIPS compliant
algorithms for encryption, hashing and
signing” in the right side window, then
double-click it.
d) Change the attribute to “Disabled” and then
click “OK”.
Gateway does not send
data at the prescribed
time.
Gateway maybe not in
running state.
Check Gateway for its running status.
