How to fix filament not sticking to build platform on Dremel 3D45 3D Printers?
    • J
      James Velazquez Jr.Aug 20, 2025
If the filament isn't extruding or sticking properly to the build platform of your Dremel 3D Printers, it could be due to the build platform not being level with the extruder head. Leveling the build platform will align the extruder head and ensure better object quality. Cancel your object, clear the build platform, level it, and then restart the object.

What to do if Dremel 3D45 3D Printers print ends in spaghetti mess?
    • C
      Casey DillonSep 5, 2025
If you see a spaghetti mess at the end of your Dremel 3D Printers build, it could be because a layer of your object didn't stick properly, the model was saved with minimal surface area contacting the build platform, or the object was built floating above the build platform without supports. Also, the Z-Gap offset may not be correct, causing improper spacing between the extruder tip and the build platform. Use the preview feature in your slicing software to check the first layer height and position. Build with supports when necessary. Contact customer service on how to calibrate the Z-Gap Offset.

      Jeremy WeberSep 7, 2025
If your Dremel 3D45 will not retrieve a token, re-enter your password or verify your password with your network owner, as the network password might be incorrect. If that doesn't work, your network may have a firewall, so enter network proxy information.
