Carrying the maximum load allowed
Your motorcycle is designed for long-distance riding,
carrying the maximum load allowed in full safety.
Even weight distribution is critical to preserving
these safety features and avoiding trouble when
sudden manoeuvres or riding on bumpy
roads.
The maximum speed with the side
panniers, the top case and the tank bag must
not exceed 180 km/h (112 mph) and at any rate it
must comply with the applicable statutory speed
limits.
Do not exceed the total weight for
the motorcycle and pay to information
provided below regarding load capacity.
Information about carrying capacity
Arrange your luggage or heavy accessories in
the lowest possible position and close to motorcycle
centre.
Never fix bulky or heavy objects to the
handlebar or to the front mudguard as this would
stability and cause danger.
Be sure to secure the luggage to the
provided on the motorcycle as firmly as possible.
Improperly secured luggage may stability.
Do not any objects you may need to carry
into the gaps of the frame as these may foul moving
Make sure the tyres are inflated to the proper
pressure and that they are in good condition.
