Possible Cause / Correction
1. Large noise : the gap of clutch is too small
Correction : readjust the gap
2.The power to the clutch is not enough
The gap on the clutch is too big
The voltage is to low
Correction : is to install in series a Condenser (220uf ,50v) on
both sides of the terminal (wires +,- )
1. Lubrication oil is not enough
2.Clutch is out of order
3.Hydraulic pressure problems
1)
Backgauge moving to slowly so you are unable to input any
numbers in to the control panel.
2) Adjust the slow speed pot adjustment in the main electrical
panel on the inside of the machine, on the bottom (white knob) to
speed up the backgauge and, so that the display matches the C#
and the 1# correctly.
