3.2 Weekly lubrication
For lubricating the sewing unit use exclusively the
lubricating oil DA-10.
DA-10 can be obtained from the sales offices of
DÜRKOPP ADLER AG.
Check the oil level in the oil reservoir 3 for lubrication of the
machine head
–
Tilt the machine head up (see chapter 2.3).

The oil level in the oil reservoir 3 must not drop below the “Min”
marking.

If necessary, fill some oil up to the “Max” marking through the
drill-hole in the inspection glass.
Check the oil level in the oil reservoir 5 for lubrication of the hook
–
Tilt the machine head up (see chapter 2.3).
–
Fill the oil reservoir 5 with oil u p to the “Max” marking through the
nipple 4 (see sketch).
