User manual SEFELEC 5x Series 24 v1.06
Dielectric strength, 500 VA
Measurement of the ACTUAL permanent current
The reading of the real current, linked to the resistance, is obtained through a shunt located di-
rectly in the test circuit
Resolution
11,000 points
Accuracy
0.01 mA to 110.00 mA AC
±(3% + 1 mA)
Signalling of a fault
By a PASS or FAIL colour message on the LCD display and an audible signal
With memory of
Breakdown voltage.
Current in case of a fault (IMAX mode)
In the event of a fault, the high voltage cut occurs without overvoltage.
Time delay
MANUAL
No time is applied to the test or the measurement. The control of the voltage is manual by action
on the up and down arrows of the LCD screen. The test or the measurement is stopped only if a
fault occurs or if the user requests to stop the test by pressing the red button on the front panel.
PERMANENT
A rise time applies to the test and then the output voltage is equal to the setpoint. The test or the
measurement is stopped only if a fault occurs or if the user requests to stop the test by pressing
the red button on the front panel.
AUTO
In AUTO mode: The test consists of 3 successive phases during which the voltage increases
linearly up to the desired value (Rise), is maintained at the programmed value (Hold) and is then
gradually reduced to 0 (Fall)
Rise and Fall times programmable from
0.0 to 9999.0 sec. in steps of > 0.1 s.
Hold programmable from
0.1 to 9999.0 sec. in steps of > 0.1 s.
Accuracy
+/- 20 msec.
