If the electrical supply to the system is connected through an Earth Leakage Circuit
Breaker (ELCB) or Residual Current Device (RCD) (depending on territory) it must be
applicable for:
▪ protecon of equipment with a d.c. component in the fault current
▪ short duraon switch-on surges
▪ high leakage current.
For example, type B RCD according to EN50178, supplementary protector according to
UL1077, circuit breakers according to UL489, or ground fault interrupter according to
UL943.

with all local and naonal safety requirements. It must be connected to a correctly
protected electrical supply and with a earth (ground) point.
WARNING: HAZARDOUS VOLTAGES
Risk of electric shock. This equipment is applic
able for Installaon Category II as
dened in IEC 60664-1. The system must be connected to an isolator that disconnects
all current carrying conductors and can be locked out in the o posion (LOTO). The
isolator must be near the equipment, in easy reach of the operator and idened as
the disconnect device for the equipment.

supply cable from the dry pumping system.
