Denion of Warnings and Cauons
Important safety informaon is highlighted as WARNING and CAUTION instrucons; these
instrucons must be obeyed.
The use of WARNINGs and CAUTIONs is
dened below.
WARNING:
Warnings are given where failure to observe the instrucon could result in injury or
death to people. The actual symbol shown varies according to the hazard.
CAUTION:
Cauons are given where failure to observe the instrucon could result in damage to
the equipment, associated equipment or process.
Safety symbols
The safety symbols on the products denote areas where care and aenon is required.
The following safety symbols may be used on the nEXT85 or throughout the product
documentaon.
Warning/Cauon
An appropriate safety instrucon should be followed or cauon to a
potenal hazard exists.
Warning - Dangerous Voltage
Indicates hazards arising from dangerous voltages.
