supply. This will ensure that the pump cannot operate and injure people during
installaon.

may fall over and injure people.

d with strain injury. The pump system should only be wheeled over short
distances over at surfaces. The system should be lied with suitable liing equipment
if the oor is uneven or has obstacles.
CAUTION:
Local legislaon c
oncerning the impact of the pump on the environment must be
followed when installing and removing the pump.
CAUTION:
Use a ca
tchpot to prevent the drainage of condensate back into the system. Condensate
that drains back into the system could damage the pump.
The following points should be noted when installing the pump:
When posioning the pump ensure that access to the pump electrical supply cable
or any other c
ontrols are not obstructed.
Ensure that there is a minimum of 40 mm air gap le on all sides of the pump to
allow eecve air circulaon.
The system must be located on a rm, level surface capable of supporng the mass
of the pump.
The system should be installed away from combusble materials.
The shipping brackets used to secure the pump to the shipping pallet can be used
for seismic restraint. They are designed to withstand a level 4 earthquake in a
ground oor installaon.
The system can be secured to the oor by using M10 (class 12.9) bolts of a suitable
length (not supplied) through the sloed holes in the brackets.
If vibraon transmission to the oor is a concern, suitable vibraon isolators (not
supplied) should be ed between the brackets and e bolt or stud.
The pump must be level to a maximum of 3° in any direcon, measured at the pump
inlet.
It is the users responsibility to carry out a risk assessment of the locaon and take
appropriate measures to ensure that the pump is manoeuvred safely and in
accordance with local and naonal manual handling guidelines.
