1Introduction
1.1 Scope and definitions
This manual provides installation, operation and maintenance instructions for the Edwards T-Station. You must use
the T-Station as specified in this manual.
Read this manual before you install and operate the T-Station. Important safety information is highlighted as
WARNING and CAUTION instructions; you must obey these instructions. The use of WARNINGS and CAUTIONS is defined
below.
Cautions are given where failure to observe the instruction could result in damage to the equipment, associated
equipment and process.
Details of the Supplementary Publications is provided at the end of the Contents list of this manual. These
Supplementary Publications can be accessed from the CD manual which is supplied with your T-Station.
The Supplementary Publications you receive also contain WARNING and CAUTION instructions. When you install and
operate the T-Station, you must refer to these Supplementary Publications and obey all of the WARNING and CAUTION
instructions which they contain.

The units used throughout this manual conform to the SI international system of units of measurement.
