8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Solve mobile app connection problems
8.1.1 My phone doesn't connect to EggRider V2
If the display appears on the Search Device page but doesn't connect when tapping or doesn't appear at all
please follow the instructions below:
Go to App settings page and set
Startup connection -> Manually
Background re-connection -> No
Close the app from memory.
Turn o Bluetooth.
Power o the phone
Power o display
Power on display and phone
Turn on Bluetooth (do not pair)
Turn on GPS
Open the app, give permissions and try to connect again
8.1.2 Display keeps disconnecting
Sometimes the mobile app fails to connect because of corrupted Bluetooth cache of the phone. The following procedure usually
solves the problem.

Usually this happens because the app is not allowed to run in the background, so it disconnects when exiting the app. To prevent this
from happening follow the steps below:
