If the filter is plugged, consider emptying and refilling the system according to the type plate.

Also, inspect sensor B84 for defects or incorrect positioning, and compare its temperature readings with the actual temperature in all injection pipes. If there's not enough energy for thawing, switch on the electric heating element until the minimum water temperature is reached and close part of the heating circuit. Ensure there is adequate flow rate to the condenser by checking the pumps, return valves, and switch valves.

It might also be due to phase reverse (incorrect rotary field), so check the electrical connection. It might also be due to phase loss, so check whether the oil sump heater is working. It might also be due to phase asymmetry, so make sure the rotation is right. Finally, it might also be due to short circuit, so eliminate short circuit.

If the three-way valve opens too slowly or not at all, inspect and replace it if needed, and consider extending the flow time of the condenser pump (Parameter 2802). Ensure the water volume is adequate by checking the temperature difference between flow and return (aim for approximately 5-8 K). Vent the system to remove any air. Open the slide valve and check the non-return valve. Ensure that the heat exchange area is adequate. Verify the sensor position and correct it if necessary.
