DANGER:
1. Make sure that all equipments which must be kept far away from
water are kept dry. If the water enters into the product, please turn off the
power supply and then contact with your provider for assistance.
2. Only use the original cables supplied with the robot. Do not use the
robot in applications where the cables are subjected to flexing. If a
longer cable or a flexible cable is needed, contact your provider.
3. A negative connector is defined as the Ground (GND) connector
which is connected to a shield of the robot and the control box. All
GND connectors mentioned in the text are only suitable for powering
and transmitting signals. For protective earth (PE), please provide
the control box with the reliable GND with the dedicated power
supply socket of the control box.
4. Please be careful when installing the interface cable to the robot
I/O. A metal plate on the back of the box is intended for the interface
cables and connectors. Please remove the metal plate before drilling
holes. Make sure that all matte sides are removed before reinstalling
the metal plate. Remember to use the correct size gland.
Caution:
1. The robot has been tested in accordance with international IEC
standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Disturbing signals
with levels higher than those defined in the IEC standards may cause
unexpected behaviors of the robot. Very high signal level or excessive
exposure may damage the robot permanently. The EMC problems
happen usually during welding and are usually prompted by the error
messages in the log. ELITE shall not be held responsible for any
damages caused by EMC problem.
