Restore the default value. By default, if the IP address is
configured for VLAN, it will be used as IGMP Snooping Querier
source address.

Enable IGMP Snooping Immediate-Leave process for the
current VLAN. The port will be immediately deleted from the
IGMP group after IGMP leave message is received.
When adding host-based option, fast-leave mechanism will
respond only when all users connected to this port
unsubscribe from the group (user counter is based on src-MAC
addresses in IGMP-report headers).
