12.0.3.1.2 Disassembling a 2.5-inch Hard Disk Drive
1. Push down on the hard disk drive latch to release the 2.5-inch hard disk from the carrier.
2. Use needle-nose pliers to detach the latch from the hinge (circled).
3. Disconnect and remove the SAS or SATA card from the hard disk drive connector.
4. Separate the plastic filler from the hard disk drive and metal carrier, and remove.
5. Use a T6 torque screwdriver to remove the seven screws that attach the PCB and lift off
the PCB.
