Quick Touch Setup
Fault
This output function is active whenever a drive fault condition exists (see Fault
Codes in the Troubleshooting section). The travel limits will cause this output
function to be active.
At Velocity
This output function is active whenever the motor is at the desired velocity (i.e.
acceleration or deceleration is complete). This output is only associated with
Velocity Preset velocities.
Torque Limit Activel
This output is active if the commanded torque exceeds the user specified
Torque Limit value.
Velocity Limiting Active1
This output is activated when the commanded velocity exceeds 112.5% of the
maximum motor velocity as shown in the motor/drive specification table on
page 65. If the AC voltage parameter is set to 115 VAC, the maximum motor
velocity is 1/2 the value shown in the motor/drive specification table. The
maximum commanded velocity is internally limited to this value.
Shunt Active1
This is a real time indicator of the internal shunt activity in the drives that
have an internal shunt (EN-208 and EN-214). On the EN-204 drives, this
output merely indicates when the bus voltage is high enough to warrent adding
an external shunt.
1.This output function can be assigned only through Emerson's PowerTools Software.
