PROGRAMMING THE HEATER-CONTROLLER
The Heater-Controller carries the programming needed for all product configurations. The Heater-Controller’s
programming (Low-Level) MUST be configured, using the keypad, once power is introduced to the system. Refer to the
chart below to determine the appropriate Low-Level.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Vinyl liners may develop wrinkles over time if the pool temperature is set above 90ºF (32˚C).
1. Supply power to the Water Quality System. The Heater-Controller will go through a boot-up cycle. Once the boot-up
cycle is compete, the keypad should display and a blinking number, representing the Heater-Controller Low-Level
number. If the keypad shows an error code, turn power off and follow the steps outlined below.
2. Use the Up Button or Down Button on the keypad to toggle to the appropriate Low-Level.
3. Press the Light Button on the keypad to store the setting. The system will go through a boot-up cycle which can
last 2-5 minutes. After the boot-up cycle is complete, the keypad should display the water temperature. If keypad is
flashing , refer to Removing Air From Water Quality System procedure on the following page.
NOTE: If the controller was already programmed, access the Low-Level menu by pressing and holding the Pump
Button for approximately 30 seconds. Remove your finger from the button once is displayed on the
keypad, then toggle to the appropriate Low-Level and press the Light Button to store the setting.
