6. Attach a funnel to the sulfuric acid container. Fill 15 ml of
concentrated sulfuric acid into the sulfuric acid container.
7.
Remove the funnel.
8. Fit the safety attachment (2) to the sulfuric acid container and
attach the safety clip.
9.
Connect the measuring gas hose (1):
 When using the measuring cell "high sensitive": to the gas
inlet tube
 When using the measuring cells "sensitive" and "high
concentration":
to the combined electrode
Cleaning the acid container:
1. Drain the sulfuric acid container with outlet as described
above.
2.
Rinse the sulfuric acid container with distilled water to avoid
any contact with the acid when handling the container
afterwards.
3.
Remove the sulfuric acid container from the chlorine module.
4.
Detach the banjo bolt (2) and disconnect the gas transfer
line (1) from the connector (3).
5.
Unscrew the connector (3) from the sulfuric acid container.
6.
Pull out the thin hose (4) from the sulfuric acid container.
7.
WARNING! There may be residual sulfuric acid on the hose!
8.
Rinse the sulfuric acid container with distilled water several
times. After that, rinse the container with ethanol.
