Interpreting the order code
The order code and serial number of your device can be found in the following locations:
• On the nameplate
• In the delivery papers
Discovering more about your device version
1. On the Internet, go to the product page of your device.
2. In the navigation area on the right-hand side, select the "Check your device features" link
under "Device support".
An extra window opens.
3. Enter the order code indicated on the nameplate in the search screen.
Details on every feature (selected option) of the order code are displayed.
4.3 Scope of delivery
• 1 controller in the version ordered
• 1 external display (optional)
• 1 DIN rail power unit incl. cable (only CM444R and CM448R)
• 1 printed copy of Operating Instructions for DIN rail power unit
• 1 printed copy of the Brief Operating Instructions in the language ordered

4.4 Certificates and approvals
4.4.1 CE mark: Declaration of Conformity
With this declaration, the manufacturer guarantees that the product conforms to the
regulations of European Directive 2004/108/EC concerning electromagnetic compatibility and
Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. This is proven by observing the standards listed in the
Declaration of Conformity.
4.4.2 cCSAus
The product meets the requirements of "CLASS 2252 05 - Process Control Equipment" and
"CLASS 2252 85 - Process Control Equipment - Certified to US Standards".
