2ND-RELEASE-TIME Range: 0 to 99
REL-LEVEL Range: -99 to +99
2ND-RELEASE- TIME and REL-LEVEL provide one more breakpoint in the envelope that occurs
after the release time (TIME-5). The LEVEL value controls where the breakpoint will be placed
relative to the current output level of the envelope at the time the key was released.
