Routine maintenance is a kind of preventive
maintenance, which means that maintenance
personnel periodically carry out inspection and
maintenance work during the normal operation of
equipment, and timely discover and eliminate the
alarms and hidden troubles in the equipment.
The purpose of routine maintenance is to enable
the equipment to run stably for a long time.
Through routine maintenance:
It can find the related alarms in the equipment
operation in time, avoid further serious alarms
and ensure the stable operation of the
equipment.
It can find out the hidden trouble in time,
eliminate the trouble in its infancy, and avoid
the economic loss and the decrease of
customer satisfaction after the trouble
happens.
It can find the running trend of equipment,
implement optimization pertinently, and
improve the running efficiency of equipment.
Since there is not enough maintenance space on both
sides of the chiller after installation, it is recommended
that users perform periodic maintenance of the entire
unit according to the actual plan.
6.2 Chiller Appearance Maintenance
Routine maintenance of chiller appearance is shown in Table 6-1.
Table 6-1 Appearance maintenance
The chiller is clean
and dust-free and

Use brush or cotton cloth to
remove dust and dirt from
the chiller after 10 minutes
of power off.
The above maintenance intervals are only recommended values, you can adjust them according to actual planning.
Routine maintenance of fans is shown in Table 6-2.
