7.2 Fault of Refrigeration System
Common faults and maintenance methods of refrigeration system are shown in Table 7-2.

Inspection and Maintenance
Check the main power switch, and check
whether the operation display interface is
turned on.
Fasten the circuit connector.
Check the open circuit or short circuit, and
repair the main power supply.
Replace the frequency converter.
Replace the control board.
Please refer to 7.4.5 Replacing the
Electrical Components for specific
operation.
Check the outlet coolant temperature and the
output status of the compressor on the
display..
Check whether the operating status of the
chiller on the display is cooling.
The compressor has the shortest downtime
under normal conditions, and if the
temperature rises to the opening point during
this period, the compressor will still be
delayed to open.
Dirty blockage of condenser
Clean the condenser with compressed air or
a vacuum with a brush head.
External circulation fan does not
operate
Refer to "External circulation fan does not
operate" in "Table 7-1 Fan fault
maintenance.
