7 Fault Management

Possible Reasons
Inspection and Maintenance
Pump body failure
Replace the pump.
Please refer to 7.4.3 Replacing the
Electrical Heater and Circulation Pump for
specific operation.
Electrical heater
does not work
No heating requirement
Check the outlet coolant temperature, and
whether the heating set point is set
reasonably.
Loose circuit connection
Fasten the circuit connector.
Electrical heater overheat
protection
After waiting for a period of time, restart the
electrical heater and observe whether the
electrical heater works normally.
Electrical heater fault
Replace the electrical heater.
Please refer to 7.4.4 Replacing the
Electrical Heater and Circulation Pump for
specific operation.
