7.4.2 Replacing the External
Circulation Fan
Prerequisites
The power has been cut off for at least 10
The Phillips screwdriver and torque wrench
have been prepared referring to Table 3-1.
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the screws on the maintenance
panel on the fan side and take off the
maintenance panel.
Step 2 Remove the wiring terminals of the fan
firstly, and then remove the screws
around the fan bracket.
Step 3 Remove the fixing screws between the
Step 4 Take out the fan and replace it.
Step 5 Install in the reverse order of Step 3 to
Step 1 to complete the parts
replacement.
Compressor
Please contact the manufacturer for after-sales treatment
when replacing the compressor. It is strictly forbidden to
replace it without permission.
It is strictly forbidden to treat the failed compressor as
unclassified municipal waste, and it must be treated
independently according to relevant requirements.
7.4.4 Replacing the Electrical
Heater and Circulation Pump
Prerequisites
The power has been cut off for at least 10
The Phillips screwdriver and torque wrench
have been prepared referring to Table 3-1.
Background
The electrical heater and circulation pump are
part of the coolant circulation system. Before
replacing the electrical heater and circulation
pump, the coolant in the chiller and the pipeline
should be drained. At the same time, it is
recommended to take out the filter element in the
coolant filter for cleaning or replacement.
Procedure
Step 1 Refer to 6.6 Coolant Maintenance to drain
the coolant of the chiller.
Step 2 Remove the entire chiller and place it in
an area with sufficient maintenance
space.
Step 3 Remove the maintenance panels on both
Step 4 Remove the chucks on the inlet and outlet
sides of the circulation pump, electrical
heater and coolant filter respectively.
Step 5 Remove the mounting screws of the
circulation pump and the fixing bracket of
the electrical heater respectively.
Step 6 Take out the electrical heater, filter
element and circulation pump for
replacement.
Step 7 Install in reverse order from Step 5 to
Step 1 to complete the parts
replacement.
